Please find a a recount and bring it into school tomorrow. Let's see all the different types of recounts we can find. Try to find one that you do not think anyone else will be able to find.  Do NOT write a recount find one from a book, your sisters room....etc. Think outside the box and have fun!

    What information in this question is USEFUL and what information is USELESS. Can you sort through it to figure out the answer to the problem?

    45, 453 flowers were delivered to the Grade 6 class at Smithson Public School.  The arrangement was gorgeous! There was lots of greenery and you would have just loved the crystal vase it came in.  The bouquet was made up of two types of flowers: sunflowers and daisies.  There were 15, 789 sunflowers in the bouquet, how many daisies were there?

    There are 32, 578 boys and girls playing soccer at Stanley Park Public School. Can you believe it? There were too many boys and girls playing soccer that Mr. Gleeson had to ask 21, 465 boys and girls to leave. How many boys and girls are left playing soccer?
